Michael R. Miller and John M. Hament of Kunkel Miller & Hament recently gave a presentation to the members of Professional Administrative Co-Employers (PACE) during their Annual Conference in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia.
The presentation, entitled “HR & Regulatory Issues for 2011," focused on proven strategies to help professional employer organizations (PEOs) avoid employment litigation, and defense tactics to employ once a suit is initiated against the PEO.
